Research Cell

The Research Cell of our college was established in the year 2016 to promote, monitor and address research activities at the College. The Objectives of the Cell are to monitor and administer Research programs for faculty and students and encourage them to have rational approach in their academic activities. The cell focuses on research activities by providing the necessary infrastructural and library facilities to faculty and students

Objectives

To create and encourage a research culture among the teaching faculty.
To trace areas of research and specify research topics of social relevance and significance
To organize seminars/conferences/workshops on research topics and training programs in research methodology.
To ensure research quality, integrity, and ethics.
To publish quality research papers.
To facilitate the publication of reports submitted by the research scholars
To encourage to write creative works.
To support the faculty while undertaking research
To encourage professional ethics in research
To provide infrastructural facilities such as space, library, lab facilities, and funding if available, based on the educational merit of the proposed research.
The Principal and IQAC initiate promote and monitor the research activities in the institution by constituting a Research cell.

The research cell strives to nurture research culture in the institute by promoting research-based activities on emerging trends, keeping in view of multidisciplinary facet.

MISSION

To create awareness and opportunities in research-oriented activities among the students and faculty members.

Activities

Activities of the Research Cell

Research Cell is actively involved in promoting publication.
NAAC sponsored National seminar was organized in the year 2018
Research Cell organized several orientation programs and workshops on topics like -Research Methods for PG students, and teachers.
Various training programs have been organized for students, for managing online resources etc.
The Cell organizes an online sessions for students and teachers regarding capital markets etc.
The Cell is continuously working in the direction of promoting the research culture among the different stake holders.

Output

Output of the Research Cell

The faculty members have participated and presented papers in national and international conferences/seminars. Workshops.
Faculty members have published research papers in Journals of high impact factors.
The faculty members have published learning materials and books.
The students have started showing keen interest in writing project Reports.
More than six hundred projects were prepared.
More than 40 research papers have been published
Many faculty produced books in chapters and books.
